Satheesh Kumar is the Director of the Joy International School and its associate schools, providing guidance and responsible for the overall vision and philosophy the School lives by. A big champion of learning and teaching methodologies, over the years Satheesh has built an ecosystem where the students are taught the best possible way using aids and leveraging the technological advances.
Before staring the Joy Group of Institutions, Satheesh worked for several MNCs for a decade. He started his consultancy firm in Hyderabad and trained many teachers through it. He started JoyKids Preschools & Daycare in 2009, and has been passionately devoted to establishing and running Joy’s Group of Educational Institutions.

Smitha heads a team comprising trainers, consultants, coordinators, teachers experienced in early childhood education, and subject matter specialists. Smitha is known for her impeccable attention to detail and idea-driven activities that come handy both for teachers and students.
Smitha is the person to reckon with anything related to academics – right from planning to ideation, content creation to the mode of delivery. Always envisioning what’s best for the students, Smitha loves spending time teaching children art, creative writing, developing a love for books and reading.
Smitha has done her master’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Madras, and holds a diploma in Special Education and Psychology. Before joining the Joy family, Smitha worked with a consulting firm for 10 years.
